Welcome to Celtic Crystal Ogham and Reiki Healing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the booking of Reiki and Crystal Healing services or purchase of products.
By accessing this website, booking a session, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Medical Disclaimer (Crucial Information)
Please Read Carefully: Reiki, Crystal Healing, and other holistic modalities provided by Jasna Skiljan are complementary therapies. They are not medical treatments.

3. Booking Services Online
Formation of Contract: A contract for services is formed between you and Jasna Skiljan when you receive a booking confirmation email from us.
Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the details provided during the booking process (name, email, health history) are accurate and complete.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion, particularly if contraindications are present or if client conduct is inappropriate.

4. Consumer Rights: Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of booking without giving any reason.
Exception (Imminent Bookings): If you request a session to take place within this 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. If you cancel after the service has started but before it is finished, you may be required to pay for the portion of the service provided.
How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us via email at info@jasnaskiljan.com before the cancellation period expires.

5. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
While the "Cooling-Off Period" applies to the contract formation, our operational cancellation policy applies to the specific appointment time slot to protect the Practitioner's time.
Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice (or 48 hours) to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Fees:
- More than 24 hours notice: No charge (or full refund of deposit).
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of session fee / Forfeit of deposit applies.
- No-Show: Failure to attend without notice results in a charge of 100% of the session fee.
- Lateness: Late arrival will result in a shortened session time to accommodate the next client, with the full fee remaining payable.

6. Payment and Pricing
Currency: All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT.
Payment Terms: Payment must be made in full at time of booking / deposit online and balance in person.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Bookings already confirmed will be honored at the price active at the time of booking.
Secure Payment: Online payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

7. Sale of Physical Goods (If Applicable)
Description: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images (e.g., crystal sizes and colors). However, as natural products, variations occur.
Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Returns: You have 14/30 days to return unused physical goods in their original packaging for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective.

Content Ownership: All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of Jasna Skiljan and is protected by copyright laws.

Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
Personal Injury: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Client Conduct & Safety
- Sobriety: Services will be refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Harassment: Zero-tolerance policy for harassment or inappropriate behavior.
- Minors: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Ireland.
